Given that we're only at esignal 8.0, I'm guessing esignal 10 is at least 8 years off.
I posted a message on the esignal forum about two months ago asking when 8.1 would be available and like esignal do, they said they are working on it and they still have a few issues to sort out. This actually means they just started it and it will be ready in 12 months.
You will never get a staight answer out of them.
Luckily 8.0 is a lot better than 7.9 was. Particularly with Eurex data.
Don't hold your breath for a new release any time soon.
