"White" includes hispanics...And adjusted for the percentage of the population, "black or African American" crime is significant...

Just wanted to give objective information (is FBI objective?), not my point of view.
It is what it is.
But I think it is also related to poverty. And poverty is wider spread in the black community I think.
SPX we have a few factors suggesting we are near or have put in top , We have just recently put in Lowers on weekly with the last 3 fridays printing lows for week, we are just starting to see bearish cash gaps with 2 consecutive couple weeks back , first bearish range expansion since feb lows , My ATR volatility model bottomed out late April & the lowest dynamic 5 day range for year last week April . All these conditions are indicative of medium term tops , the depth of retrace is the million dollar question . I am selling pops with more vigour , bigger size and greater expectation and have been for a couple weeks
