ES vs NQ

I've been trading the NQ lately with some success and I've started looking at the ES. I'm wondering if anyone who has traded BOTH the NQ and ES could comment on the different "characters" of these two contracts beyond the basic stuff of volume and tick size. Thanks.
 
I would consider watching ES, YM and NQ. Often one will be stronger/weaker than the others. Take the weaker on on shorts and stronger on longs.

EXCEPT don't buy the stronger NQ yesterday in front of Dell. :)
