ES or NQ

Hi guys,

Which one is easy to tarde ES or NQ. I was reading on this board that ES is tough to trade with backfills, fake breakouts etc and NQ is better.

Not looking for huge number of contracts to trade, atleast not now So thinking of NQ.

Mate backfills have nothing to do with trading it is how a chart is populated from historical data

I trade the ES since the volume is high and since I mostly do options the options on the ES are one of the highest.

Ive been trading ES for over 2 years. Lots of volume and $12.50 per tick. My second choice would be YM if I had to change for any reason.
