Am guessing, but those who scalp for a living won't rely on putting in trades over a cell phone.
Where speed and reliability is best, nothing beats T-1 or at worst fastest cable, THEN fastest DSL. I have done it on few occasions of doing small lots, and it is like waiting few seconds and miss entries. Scalping generally means making ticks and not many points per at a clip.

Well, technically it will not be scalping, so maybe wrong choice of word, but, I need the features mentioned on the chart page - for the way I trade.

IB's crap order entry screen is costing me money the way it currently is - so I need to fix that problem, one way or another!

Not really matter for this trade, but as you can see, to make a trade you are taken away from the chart - not good if using 1 min to time entry / exit.

It is as easy to do it right first time - whoever designed IB's app is not a daytrader, that is for sure!

Had a look this morning, not for me - the chart can not be enlarged and no buttons for buy/sell on chart page without leaving.

I will not knock or say it is good - it is just not what I am looking for.

I updated my IB app, bit better, but still lacking those important trading buttons on the chart page.

If IB would make more use of area on top, and put the buttons where the useless info is, then they would have a good app - or any other broker as well!

It's so easy for them to do it - but it is a total waste of time asking them, as they never listen to anyone, they have all the "experts" working for them

Here is main problem - when closing you want to be able to see the chart and have the quick buttons - for why not, if you can get a better fill that is better trading.

This screen is all over the place, can be easily condensed and have chart with buttons - what is wrong with these developers, obviously they do not trade!

So easy to do it the best way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Might have a temp solution - just remembered I have a samsung Q1 mini pc, like a first tablet but a full pc with win XP - will get it going and see what TWS is like on it?

If anyone comes across what I speak about, for android phone, please let me know..thx.
