You might be better off drinking, or sleeping, or fucking...then trade either EURUSD, or USDJPY in the late evening, and fuck some more, then sleep and trade!
We really only have 5 choices to divide our 24 hours, eat, sleep, fuck, trade, drink, nobody should dictate when to perform any of these activities. Eat when you are hungry, and fuck when you are horny, and trade in between.
