People assumed they were definitely cutting. The fact that they only may be cut is good news.

Just what I needed to know, thanks flipflopper. This was not a planned announcement was it?

Still no mention of this on marketwatch ... those guys are now putting an ad banner up in front of their news headlines at the top.. just what they need, even slower access to news.
 
I thought it was S&P which was going to make the rating announcement.....not sure though....anyone in know !!??

Because if they are, then it might mean one more action yet to come!

rumor vs. news.

Target for the day is 1229. Friday before the week before Christmas All the bad news is out. Nothing but hope till the new year.

Technically bullish too. We keep gapping up overnight and selling off yet failing to make new lows. Pretty soon bears will give up and bulls will squeeze.

May happen today.
