what was that !!!! es puked at 4 sharp ! why ? does anyone know what market microstructure could be behind such move, unless it is some news.
 
Anyone keeping score?

The bears won this round as well closing red below the 50% level. Dropping further by the pit close it seems.

Cover all shorts at 1151.

Open gap down tomorrow should do the trick. :p

I don`t think it was anything else than one side eventually having to give in with regards to the fight at the 50% level. The bears won by the cash close, follow through into the pit close.

Just a theory, mind you. Could be news for all I know. :)

1180 stopped the fun once again. Let`s see in after hours.

I can see us open gap down tomorrow, maybe 2,6%, then start the expected new years rally and gap fill from below. Not so sure about this rally everyone is expecting though.

One of several scenarios I`m currently entertaining.

Market appears weak to me. Just saying. :)
