I`m considering entering a long if we take out the current highs, but I change my mind 10 times per minute, so...
Other potential invisible resistance above is 52 and 53,25.
Gap fill at 55,75 would be nice.
But I guess it all depends on if we take out the highs. The high may be in for the day. For me, anything in between right now is noise.

1st is obviously yesterday`s low and then the current LOD. 41,75, 40,75.
Then AH low @ 38,25.
Then gap fill at 37,25.
Beyond that it seems like there is just a few bump in the roads, S2, prior day`s 50% levels, etc, until we are back at 1225.

I was about to say it as I see the very same thing. It does seem like a short is setting up, but I think I`ll wait until NQ and ES both break it`s current lows.
Always pays off to keep an eye on NQ.
I`m sure you guys all saw that yesterday when ES took out it`s prior day lows and all look set for the gap below, NQ actually put in a higher low above it`s prior day`s low? That is a sign of strength that gets lost if one only views one indice, although ES put in double bottom there (quadruple on the 1-minute).
For now, it seems like it is smart to wait for this triangle to break (either way) instead of guessing. At least from my point of view.
