Went short at 1255 late yesterday. Wake up today to see a low of 1238. Out of nowhere, it smashes up above 1250.

The chop is really pissing me off. I'm going to trade minimal size now, until these crap markets resolve themselves.

Swing trading in this market is like playing russian roulette. Plenty of ops intraday. I struggled with this as well. Minimal size and taking what you can get overnight with limit orders is probably the only way to survive it.

I feel your frustration, believe me. One day we will wake up and the market will be limit down but right now governments are doing their best to keep the sinking turd afloat.

It happened ,but only after dropping another 7+ points. Still a good call though as it sure reversed from the 55 zone.

I think it has something to do with the Brent/ WTI spread. It is tightening as they are selling the spread and buying WTI.
