Yeah there should be some resistance at 1296 maybe, but that isn't significant imo, and I didn't mean to say that the market will go straight up to 1345 from here, just saying that shorting now is high risk and low reward.

NQ looks like it is struggling a little here at the highs, but ES and YM just keeps inching higher.

Too late to go long now, but I sure as hell ain`t shorting until I see some weakness here, confirmed by a trendline break/double top/break below 20-EMA + quick B/E on entry or whatever. :)
