Not sure if anyone cares about my hindsight trades, but I actually entered short on this using a sell-stop @ 15, 1 tick below the lows. Took off 3 points on a tight trail, so I may be done.

My experience with stop orders are mixed on the ES. I guess it depends on the setup, as I have often gotten my orders triggered, filled and reversed on me immediately.

Maybe sell stops are better than buy stops? Probably a poor generalization.
 
Hoping for a mini crash now since maybe the market has woken up and realised the report yesterday was false, that the beige book sucks and it's pretty bad out there.

LF, It's not that no one cares about your hindsight trades. It's just that if everybody and his mother starts posting trades after the fact... well...

ES tends to back fill way more than individual stocks or commodities, so if you're paying attention there's less need to use entry stops.

You still have Ninja, right? Try backtesting your hypothesis (with say the HOD and LOD after x time of the day).
