Not everyone is scalping for 4 and 5 ticks. This may be a core position. Nothing wrong with that in the grand scheme of things. You can always trade around a core position.
 
Does anyone here use any kind of screener or tools like those available at finviz to see individual stock or sector strength/weakness, etc., or purely technical based on ES and maybe cash? I'm new to actually trading the equities indices though I have watched them alongside what I normally trade for a while; and interested in any tools that may be helpful.
