Got stopped out with a move 1 tick below my stop. That stop was a little too tight. But I got back in and it seems to be running the correct direction now. Gonna keep the stop low until there is a real upside.

Ok that one worked. I think I got out too soon but I did not want to risk it.

-2.75 this morning

14.25 this morning

Loss of -3.50 before this one.

9.5pts on that one.

17.50pts today. That is one of my best days ever.

mucho bad, me stopped out @1:57pm C

If you don't mind me asking you, how do you determine your stops at the time of position initiation? I noticed you choose 3 to 4 point stop. Does it have to do with a key level that you think would not get violated?

Yeah, all I have to do is listen to my strategy and follow it. My problem is I try to push it too early and get out too early.

I am going to continue to post to make sure I am held accountable and try to follow the strategy a little more closely.

Stops seem to be a problem of mine. I want to keep them out of the noise but I also do not want to have huge stops. So finding a middle ground will be key.

auto 3 point stop on entry (i pick what I call 2nd mouse entry on the 5 minute). After the first retrace is over( after position fill) on the 1 minute, stop gets moved to BE+1 tick. ...does that make sense?

Edit - I think 'NoDoji' on CL boards came up with the phrase '2nd mouse entry'. She has since moved up in the world of trading and moved on....

I see. Do you always trade with 10 lot at a time? Do you ever add or scale in/out.? Finally, what kind of margin are you using per contract? Thank you.

scratch trade out @ 1252.75 (2:17pm C)

becoming too much of a crap shoot in the last hour..

No, mostly 1 lot. But, I will go 10 if I feel it is a good solid move. I never scale in or out. I either catch the move or I dont. $500/contract
