Part of what I do for my system is to track the key prices everyday.

My current difficulty is getting enough sleep - getting to bed on time.
So today I got up 2 hours late and I wasn't ready for the opening and missed the low of 8:44. (the first end of the day FE).

Having missed the first +13.5pts makes it hard for me to motivate myself to trade the chop.

For how you trade - yes I would eyeball.

(BTW the "numbers" say 1314.75 for the high so I might trade a long but this is against my rules as I have missed the key trade the FE)

well of course not

but I had to spell out for you what 44% retracement was even though i had spent the time marking it on the graph.

Now you ask me if I trade the numbers
yes if I get up on time.
