In a parallel universe, I`m holding your new sell-orders @ 24,50, already improving your execution and reducing your risk by 10 points, including the 4,5 points we got when stopped out on the trail stop @ 1310 :)

I trade cash but only 2 contracts. Most of my success comes from swing trading, intraday charts are much too noisy for me, it's not that I cannot read them is that most of the time they look good and then turn into complete crap, as they say the chop kills.

Mostly use 60min or higher, nothing smaller, helps me.

Just my 02 cents.
