I dunno. In my definition a 58 pts stop loss (what you are using right now) isn't exactly cutting losses short, but whatever you say boss. :)

P.S.: Had you shorted a week ago when you predicted a downmove, that 58 pts stop loss would have been taken out today...
 
The massive plummet of the VIX - down almost 6 handles just this week - appears to reflect so much confidence amongst money managers in the quality of the earnings which begins in earnest starting next week. Vix 14's is not very far off, but also leaves little room for error if they're not hedged.
