in all honesty ....."feel"....didn't really know it was 50% retrace but it was close to the bottom of my lower low PP. Also I would be already long one ES at the 50ish level and I trade a max of 2 ES. I took it before EMG's morning anouncement...of course it didn't hit (yet) and probably won't. I'll let it cancel out and re-eval sometime tonight.

I`m a little disappointed that I did not get fully paid on my short idea today, but if I can earn points and keep learning I guess I should not be complaining.
I`m starting to get a good feel for targets and levels, but my sticking point is probably that I use a too tight stop at times.
However, this is part of my style and also because I`m very focused on protecting what I have. On the other hand, no one makes money breaking even and using too tight stops either.
I should add that I was tempted on taking an early exit on this trade as well, probably strongly influenced by my previous trade (a loss), but I decided to take the bet and that`s why I got paid.
