Short term exhaustion ? volume is not heavy enough to be a major turing point. But since when has volume or anything else mattered latley since the central bank and the pomo operation started.

Under normal condition I would say today means something but normal conditions are not present. Markets are extremely overbought due to the relentless central bank bid.

Entering a new long where I initially planned to cover my previous short :)

Long @ 1355,25. Stop @ 1354. Target 1360.

This is per definition bottom picking, but I`m taking a bet here.

EDIT:

Stop trailed to 1356,50.

Off to grab a coffee now

Damn just got long signal at 1357 on 10 mini chart... took it.
sl 1354.50

Thought I was all done for day.

EDIT Long signal also forming on 30 min, if confirmed switching to 30 min timeframe for exit signal

Out @ 1357,75. +2,5.

I`d like to see them settle the futures session around 1360, but when it did not happen immediately after the cash close, I got worried.

All in all a pretty decent day. Could have been even better had I trusted my targets. Not bad for a guy who usually loses the first trading day of the week:)

Later guys.
