The easy money is made overnight, the pros know all good little day traders are flat by 3:15 cst. Buy the close and sell around 2am, rises 90% of the time overnight. When was the last time you woke up and saw the index futures down.

Not too long ago.

But I agree. For those who want to capture the swings, globex hours is definitely worth some attention.
 
Seems like the ES is closing flat today.

I made some coin today, so I`m happy. If I took profits @ 1325,50 where I was considering doing it on my last short, I would have been even better off.

But what really killed my day was that god damn impulsive chase trade on that spike bar above 1327.

But I`m improving. Normally, that loss would have marked the beginning of a streak of overtrading and giving back all my profits and then some.

7 minutes into the cash close and I`m not seeing anything so I`m calling it a day. In the past, I would have chased hard and probably entered short on that last test of 1327.

Now it`s post analysis and hopefully some sleep in not too long. Later guys ;)
