What are the odds that meltdown and/or radioactive release has already been priced into the market action?
what exactly IS the worse case scenario? Release of radioactive waste into the atmosphere? How much? I assume jet stream takes it into the ocean and parts east of Japan?

People are going on with their lives because they have to but almost everyone has a friend, relative, or someone they know in the affected area because of the size of Japan and the population. Prices of food and gas are going up and some things are out of supply in areas far from the affected area so I think most are affected in some way or another. People in the southern and western parts not as much I suspect.
