I bailed for a tick after the failed break of 35.00. I won't hold overnight unless it's from some key level I want to swing.

Like I said 80% chance I get stopped out.

I did not like the trade from the start because on the majority of my winners I take very little heat.
Could have covered at 31 for huge profit :) but I decided to let it play out even though the probability was against it.
There is a reason I avoid afternoon trading as my win rate drops from 80+ to about 40.

80%? I REMEMBER YOU FROM COLL2: http://www.collective2.com/cgi-perl/c2systems.mpl?systemid=23645336#

Donna, skilled CL traders simply cannot afford to trade emini markets right now. There just isn't enough money on the table in ES to justify taking focus away from CL.

Yeah, but I missed 2 1/2 hours of PRIME action in CL today and had high hopes to get some excitement out of the ES close here. It was FOMC minutes, that should've been worth a last minute run at the high.

It's all about chopping around while positioning for one clean move a day now. I feel like I'm constantly hitting the snooze button every time I look at a chart.

the ES is a special kind of market ;)

You go long and I'll go short right here and see who get's the next 80-100 points, deal? Just a silly, fun, good natured bet sir!
Quote from i_c_fed_people:

what, you mean a bet as to whether 1154 or 1354 gets hit first??
I love it. why the hell not! lol.
If I lose, i'll start a new thread delaring myself a moron with a link to this post. haha

was at 1254 then.

Getting interesting now, lol.
Even though the ES has a stong natural upside bias, it was still quite a brave bet to take bearing mind the rally that it had already had when fedpeople was challenged.

it's Not over yet though but Startraitor will need a bit of luck now to see 1154 before 1354!

Isnt this your collective 2 system? you say you take very little heat but this collective system went under for over 300%. Were are the tight stops?

I will agree here. My view of topping below 1340 SPX should finish this upmove right here with a 20-30 pts drop then sideways in this range...
