You really evaded the question.
I am not so sure about the cash going up to 87.5+9, at least not as part of the pattern. The futures overnight pretty much finished the pattern going up 8 pts from the Failure, and then dropping a decent 10 pts from there. So one could make the argument that this was it.
Also we are not supposed to go below the Failure line again (what was just below 84 ES) before reaching the 3rd top, but the futures did, so I will call this as an already finished pattern.
Now we could still go up to 96ish (SPX), but that would be not part of the dragon pattern....
Edit: Here it is on a futures chart:
The math is slightly different than on the cash. Height was 10 pts and the 3rd top came 8 pts from the Failure....

I already got lucky. I found this thread.
Had you bought 81.75-82.00 you could have finished trading for the day. Or you could be short waiting for 1257 (that's where a big bunch of stops are). Or, or, or. Pick your poison and your timeframe. Most people never do. No one can do it for you, but you can learn from watching others. I didn't invent R10, but watched volente, etc, etc. Good luck. I mean, really.

Had you bought 81.75-82.00 you could have finished trading for the day. Or you could be short waiting for 1257 (that's where a big bunch of stops are). Or, or, or. Pick your poison and your timeframe. Most people never do. No one can do it for you, but you can learn from watching others. I didn't invent R10, but watched volente, etc, etc. Good luck. So, are you short and looking to cover at 1257, or was 1257 a number you felt like posting?
