Buying ES 72 currently trading at 74.25 stop 67 but doubt it goes that low.

Will add as direction confirms my trade.

Looking for a breakout.

NAD

Managed to get long around the 74.x area (evidence upon request via PM). Will use pullback opportunities today to add to my trade, should be a choppy session due to options expiration but will trade it from the long side.

Will kill the trade at high 80s, perhaps 90 if price action allows otherwise whatever the close of the session gives me.

Flat

Well done vol.

I added to longs overnight as well. went flat at 1282.5 (R1)

Not confident in a short as NAZ is gonna slug away up to ythe open. Eur/usd well above r levels as well.

Good luck on the r10 short.

Would you comment on the size of your adds versus initial position, and also of initial % risk to your account represented by the initial "full size" trade?.

Example: Initial X, 1st add 0.5X, 2nd add, 2X, etc. Initial risk to account Y %.

Depends...

Breakout mode.

If I know I'm trading a breakout, I do continuous adds of equal size and simultaenously trail a stop as the breakout does its thing. Taking consolidation periods during the breakout as consideration.

Typical mode.

If I'm expecting whipsaw action, I make sure my previous position or position(s) have enough "buffer" to allow a loss on a new add (lesser size) and trail a stop less aggressively than in the breakout version. Sometimes, if very active, will get in and out of trades to maximize the winnings but sometimes work does not permit as I own a little business I must take care of.

Many times it's based on feel depending how much my brain is identifying with the price action at hand.

82 is 50% of weeks range

If they play the IHS out we can still hit ~90 intraday.

If 82/83 holds then we move down to fill the gap first

If either happens I will post my trades 5 hours after the fact so you can see my huge profit.

I'm detecting angry/negative waves from volente. A most unusual occurrence.

Still expecting Allegretto break today.

I bought 100 at 67.75 and just sold at 83.5.

Far from angry.

Just respecting my old friend's rules

Guidelines are simple:

Trades that are posted need to carry the exact entry and stop level in real time otherwise they are diosregarded as paper or fake trades. It is not required to post trades here, but if they are, they need to follow these guides. Let's get back to discussin ES only. Thanks--Ishmael

--Blotters are not desired here, just realtime calls/analyses. --

In addition, it's easy to look back at the past and see how everything developed and say, I should have done this or that. I try to be very careful with that, as I don't like to lie to myself, had I seen in the present what I saw in the future, I would have gone full size, if I did not, I did not see it.
