Conflicting signals, but quad day is always a test of the discipline. I do not always pass that test. :D

That was what I wish I had done: in at the right time and out near the peak. I got in too early, endured the heat and jumped out at the earliest signs of resistance when it finally broke.

There surely was some luck also involved, I would say :)

Btw, yesterday I had a terrible day, losing just on whipsaws. So, kind of getting the confidence back with a decent start to the day.
