Gap from Friday is at 1180.25 ES Dec.

Mondays have the lowest gap fill rate, but it seems this "good data is bad because it reduces pressure on the Fed for huge QE2" is weighing on the market

ive always been a system trader being too emotionally biased to be able to do the alternative successfully. i just went through the worst month in a year last month...so my confidence is very shaken at this point.

every one of us knows the feeling. hang in there. trade small until u get your confidence back. btw i noticed a couple of times u initiated trades right on the open. is that part of your system? you might get a better feel if you let the market open for a few minutes and gauge the action from the opening range. just a thought.

plan on going long 1174.75

emg, do you ever get filled on these?

If you have any conviction, why not short to 70% of the target?

I know you will likely NOT answer, but what is the sense of positng a target 10 points away in a chop fest?

No offense meant.

I actually like these faraway targets. Gives me a sense of what other people's current biases are in terms of market direction.
