I think I mentioned this earlier, but one can play the 2nd gap should I call it expectation after the first gap. You just go opposite direction as the 1st gap, and if there is a 2nd gap you average down, if no 2nd gap, instant profit....

Yes, that sounds good for well-capitalized traders, but I wouldn't want to try that on a 10,000-ish account (I'd want at least 10 times the overnight margin before considering anything that involves averaging down).

Let me backtest this weekend the 2nd gap rule with Treasuries; I'll get back to you (if someone has already tested this on Treasuries, speak now or hold your peace forever - don't want to hear anyone on Monday saying that I could have saved myself the trouble ).

I only watch ES. I trade other things.
