no simple answer, hns patterns are a distribution, this graph says they started a dist pattern in dec,as far as a neckline breach, one of the rules for an hns to work is a break of the neckline and a retouch before going down,just like the hns, the rule doesnt always work ,just mentioned it to say it doesnt invalidate it .... note declining volume on the chart in the last 3 week rally
