AMMO, do you see any signs of a trend day?

Thanks.

Since last Weds we've been pretty much shooting up at the open, sell off around 10 to about the AH lows, and spend the rest of the day grinding to the daily highs. Today looks different, ,someone mess with the bots?

Yeah, the fact that the NDX is lagging behind doesn't suit the picture well, but that is what it is...

The upside gaps are filled for both ES and NQ.

Inventory cleaned, mission accomplished.

Serious question :

Are US mutual fund managers a bunch of idiots ? S&P 500 10 % down, 9 % up in three weeks time.

This is actually a silly question. Why? Because most MF managers have to swim with the current/market and you also assume that they as a bunch act together willfully. They might act in a similar fashion together but not in a planned way....

1. The market is the sum of all participants, but in a way like ants carry a piece of leaf. Out of 10 ants carrying the same leaf at least 3 are working against the rest, they are not in complete unison. But the sum of their forces determine which way the leaf eventually will be carried. So there is no full cooperation, but the sum of their forces.

2. When you are a MF manager, you have to follow certain rules, even if you know better. So you might think the market is taking just a temporary dive, but you still have to sell to decrease exposure.

Not to mention that the average MF and HF always underperformed the market.... :)

Yeah, just was about to post that NDX's W %R finally hit zero on the daily, finally completing the picture....

Let me guess, one of those rules is buy high and sell low. Otherwise we would not have most HF´s and MF´s underperforming, isn´t it Pekolo ? :D

allocate more time to the posts by the better traders.

I would have to say this guy's currently in the lead, still holding 1 car:

Hope position trades are welcome here.

Initiating a long 3 car ES position trade at 1011.50, stop is below 973.

Looking to adjust stop and reduce risk as we test 1050.

Watching the bull flag on eur 15 min. Could easily propel es to 1096 if it breaks.

Not gonna bank on the 1096. Too floppy. All flat.

Done for the day. GL everyone.
