You, on the other hand, resort to hindsight analysis!

Sure, because saying beforehand "watch for a possible reversal around 1074" is hindsight.... :)

You are going back were you used to be, on my Ignore. Bye....

P.S.: It takes less than 5 mins to read through the day's posts, if you are curious about something...

Although we could get a 10-14 pts green day tomorrow and still make it down to 1014 by Monday's close....

....and futures up 12 pts already....

Well it's that time of month again and I'll be switching my TWS charts to the SEP contract.

As usual, I'll make the switch and have to re-draw all my s/r lines.

Is there a way around this?

Thanks in advance.

I use chartrader. I elected to "rollover" at the prompt on startup and thought it said it would transpose new lines on the charts. The working tab updated, but not the charts.

Anyone else?

It's good to freshen up your lines once in a while. It forces you to look at them with a clean slate. Like painting new artwork.

I agree. I relook the longer term trendies often, but I color code the lines and what a pain in the ass every rollover.

I could use a tissue. :)

Quote from PACMAN1:

I don't trade the breakouts I trade once it retraces then I enter in on the trade. I have never had sucess with breakout trading and I wait to see if support supports or resistance resists then on the retrace I enter. But you seem very successful at knowing the turning points anyway I wish you continued success in your trading.

2 good days mean nothing.. Bottom/top picking are fools gold (for all in trades) as I don't think consistency is achievable and the Holy grail in trading is consistency... A trader makes a good trade.. next question should be.. "how often can you repeat that?".

Meanwhile this market like a wild bronco.. tryin to toss everybody off before it goes somewhere..

As you think, then so you believe.

Therefore consistency is permanently off the Rashid menu.

It's a numbers game. The other day I had 7 CL trades, 6 of them moved back to stop out b/e, frustrating no doubt, but the one runner paid the bills.
