This might not go down with everyone, but a missed opportunity, especially one that you intentionally disregarded, should be seen as a loss. Just like with any of your other losers, I suggest you analyze what you should have done.

What feels worst is that I was actually IN the trade, and jumped out for crumbs because of the wiggle.

Feels a lot worst than not taking a move.

And I agree. A missed opportunity is a loss.
 
I was buying sept. NQ, chicken out with June NQ. but very odd, ym shoots 100+, my NQ is still red. lost 27cents on crude today.
