Thanks to you all for some very engaging posts today.

Man of the match would have to go to Mr A Deco.
Well played Sir ... very skillful indeed

Jjf, you are too kind. I thank you all for permitting a simpleton NQ trader to run with the big dogs today. I apologize for endlessly repeating myself over the years. But my favorite quote of all time is attributed to Lao-Tzu ("Old Man") in the I Ching: "Those who know, do not speak. Those who speak, do not know." Sometimes I get confused and substitute "post" and "trade."

Anyone else see this thing in very serious trouble here?

I think we can lose 100 points like a fart in the wind from here if 1068 gives way this week.

Yes bulls must be ready to push that button..

Ok, the ES just opened back up and gapped down on the full contract session. This is not good. As a guide only, this means "probably" weakness in price. So this should be fun to watch.

Quote from Arthur Deco:

You have backtested that "probably?" Never checked that out in the evening session, but I know gaps don't mean shit in RMH.

Yes I have back tested it.

This is not a common occurrence...maybe 3 times a year? its never good for the opposite side usually.

Priced last did this, by gapping up April 12th 2010 and it failed to offer huge upside as well as September 8th 2008, which didn't give huge upside.

But when this occurs to the downside it offers more insight to price and usually more significant moves.

The ES seems to be a beast of its own with a lot of little nuances.

You really see this going from 1068, which is the midpoint between the PP and S1 to the 960's? Please explain
