This could be feasible... ES drop outpaced EUR drop so EU (and others) buy US market at least till ES 1132-33ish. EUR is blueish line, should/could catch back up and sync in that area. Ahh who knows... not real confident in any of my own worthless predictions. :p

edit: HOV, SPF traded down over 14% and 11% on high volume too, maybe others just glanced. some housing numbers out tomorrow? hmmmm.

Sure, I'm a permabear at heart but I also know that the market don't give a damn which camp you belong to. Only thing I truly care about is volatility. Let's fess up. For the last year and half, it was painful to trade ES with <10 point range, especially with all the T-day crews and their ilk, no?

Come to think of it, where were the TDAYBOYZ today?

T-day boyz were at the drive-in theater watching Deliverance followed by Pulp Fiction this afternoon.

The eternal bid fluffing all emini tapes sideways to higher on dead-chop drift for 6.75 agonizing hours is now extinct. May they rest in piece(s) with that

I think them boyz were buying when we rallied 70 points in 20 minutes off the low.

Does anyone know what the low of the futures was today? I put a market order on IB and it displayed 1056 on ES. I got filled at 1072 and was incensed. I got out for a nice 12 points but am wondering if 1056 was indeed the low as the low for the S and P 500 was 1065..

Both CL and ES crossed the point of no return today. Unless both markets shoot up significantly tomorrow, the Bull Market that started in March 2009 is now a goner as we know it. It's time to rub elbow with ammo again. :D

Or was that the 10% correction that made all the weak longs puke and smoked 80% of the shorts before the run to new highs ?

:)

I got filled on 2 lots at 1056.75 and 1057, so it traded at least down to there. Put in a market order too and got filled at 1065 average.

Great fills... when i saw those prices i put a buy order 1 point above market and then when i didn't get filled, i went for market--- that hesitation to go market initially probably cost me anywhere from 5-10 points on my fill...
