Yup.. I am definitely more impressed with the bears... What the Bulls spend 8 weeks doing carefully (like a male spider making love) the bears cover in 5 days.. I am a believer... BUT the way of the markets... this thread is perennially bearish and should have made money hand over fist today but the markets find a way to complicate matters.. today has to go on record as one never to be forgotten.. The markets NEVER really ignores news, it just takes notes for later... ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE IN THE MARKETS..

$225 for me.. sheesh..

How about 70+ ES pts up in 25 minutes? It only took 10 more minutes for the market to come back to the meltdown level than going down.

Back in 2008 the fastest move per hour was an UPmove between Oct 10-13th, when the market went up 160 ES pts in one and half day. (1700 Dow pts in 9 trading hours)
 
Holy wow what a day!

Congrats to all of you who benefited! I was at a meeting and only just came back. DAMN! I wonder how much I would have won/lost on a day like this!
