If I'm seeing what you see, it is still forming... I guess the trend is still up until further notice :)
 
Sell order @ 1207.50 as long as it happens within the next 40 mins

EDIT: I believe the paradigm of strong dollar being bad for equities is dead. The flip side is always good. Dollar is strong today and futures are chasing after new highs.

The truth of the matter; money just came in today and sent everything higher. Look at all your name brand individual stocks. Around 1pm, people just came in and bought it all through the roof.
