Can't print 121 on spy, what is the deal?

DJI and SPX both at weekly 200 sma.

I'm out of this market, sitting on the side for now. When I see a 3 period RSI on the daily and weekly near 100 and the monthly at 88 I just don't like the risk reward at these levels from the long side.


The 14 period RSI daily and weekly are near 80.

The fast line on the weekly stochastic for both DJI and SPX is about 99 on my chart. Classic.

This run up is interesting. Is it programmed buying systems, or do large investors feel they'll never see these bargain prices on stocks again?
