david if u care...

i am buying options right now. trend is up so i am buying calls ITM. vix is so low if you have a directional bias you could make good money just on a spike in the vix. before we know it the vix could be back up to 25


I am also buying puts. but thy are a couple months out. they say 90% of option traders loses money, well this is then 10% time where you could make money

i know this an es journal for all u emini traders i like to consider myself as one 2, u can trade options on the futures.

also:
1 futures contract=10 spy options ITM=500 shares of spy...
