this morning es at 46047, uvol/dvol tween 8/1 and 6/1, now 3 /1 half strength
the slow short squeeze can be as effective as the spike; that's what I see playing out; of course the bulls may add the 3-4 point spike too for good/bad measure

I completely agree with you. It wasn't a well thought out trade. The entry also sucked

Well I have slowly come to the belief that the best intraday trading is so close to 100% psychological that it really doesn't matter.

Granted, a more systemic approach can be taken in the believe that it will lower stress levels, but at the same time it also lowers risk/reward and accuracy ratios which leaves you with a "catch 22" dilemma.

Notice how the cunning buggers carried disproportionately higher vol levels into the lunch break and bounced off the RTH open.

In the past year the ES is up 72%. Have any of your studies/observations that you post on a daily basis pointed to anything bullish yet?

If not is this not a cause for concern?

all your posts are pessimistic, and you are always a bull, all my posts are positive and i'm always a bear, like 2 sides of the same coin, thats what makes a market

1 pt spike; cmon; won't chase bears that way; maybe going for 1150+ at 3PM?

I don't mean to bud in on the es/nq thing but I seea decent setup starting on QG dailies(and I'm trying to get my number of posts higher )
I'm a noob so ignore me; i'd be careful around 4.50 as I believe (you'll have to research it) that is industry standard BE price area for companies in the business. Futures might go nuts there a bit before trending. Clearly a pop happened in that range so maybe upward is to follow... now back to ES

Look for it to stall out at 41. Be sure to short it again if it should go back up to 45.
