I'm mainly a lurker, excuse me for jumping in here, but isn't it a good possibility of a trend day today, even though the trans has pulled back, the Util are strong today and the leaders, HPQ and IBM are strong.

you are right erie, started out 10 to 1 uvol dvol and is still 9/1,we would need a breakout, since we are up against trendlines,could happen, but to get long up here, against resistance , going into a weekend,... they have sold the 33 es # hard and its still bid ..... do you think we could rise from here?

When you say call action is heating up in the 114 spys are you saying some big money is selling 114 calls in hopes of going down to there? Or this is a bullish as in people buying them.

and the 110 puts have good volume too, i wonder if they are covering at a lower price here , or still selling them
