Once you find your niche, profitable trading is very simple and boring.
 
what has the chart told us to do nq since 9? buy or sell.......? did we not recognize the head of the h&s pattern, or are we so long biased that we refused to accept it........

yes, occasionally the market will run from midnight..orderly fashion.....usually not....scale is usually bad, volume nil, hence less productive..intranight is most harmful to health ...mental health is physical health.......
.watch the bar size pickup at 8:30 year in and year out our time vol.....see the am powr and the pm duds.........9 yrs no change make in morning lose it in afternoon ...i do not wish to be forum topic...i am gone other forums .....happy trading forever ......

Agree, I've actually said the same thing here and in other threads before. Bias will kill you. Being objective and trading what the market shows instead of trying to anticipate is crucial, but some never get to that point.

As for the boring part, it's particularly true lately with the low vola/opportunities in the eminis. Patience, patience...
