I am not including the obvious low volume days around holidays etc in this question.

I don't have any clever indicator, I just determine what's gonna be a low volume day after 11am. A low volume day shows significant sluggish behavior and LOW VOLUME after 11am. I hope other traders here can point out how they can quickly tell what's gonna be a low volume day
