Man, talk about phoenix rising! I don't want to sound like I'm whining, which I am, but I absolutely hate days like today when the market obviously tanks on bad news (Greece) but then pares its earlier losses by the end of the day on no news.

DEMTDAYBOYZR$! :D

Today was the first time i actually played the TDAY theory i read so much about here.

It worked, but I played it AWFULLY! I got in at what now looks like a fantastic price. It went 3 points against me which i wasb't expecting, and so when it started going back up, I was glad to get out with 1.5 points profit.

The second i closed it, it squirted on 4 points in a matter of minutes!! D'oh. lol.

A bad initial claims # (comes out every Thursday) can occasionally make for a hideous T-day result ... check out 2/4/10.

I am not too much about complaining about the market, but today I must say that I was "shocked" that the PPT was able to pull the market back to almost positive. We had a mountain of bad news this week, I mean, really bad news. It is shocking, really. Now, of course, tomorrow we will have a rally, like everything is fine with the US and world. I bet 15 points up on the ES tomorrow; but no, I am not long, I am just observing this craziness from the sidelines. time to be quiet and not do anything in this market.
