Yes, but the futures trade. Two years ago, when that French trader (Jerome what's his face) blew up, the futures markets were quite volatile, so there is no guarantee that the trading will be of the boring holiday variety.

Well, kinda. If I read the PDF document available at the CME Group site properly, the Globex closes at 1030am Monday after opening at the normal time on Sunday afternoon. Sorry, I am a doofus and do not know how to attach the document itself.

I am looking for the Euro to get back to parity and below with the US dollar.
Here is how I am playing this. Strong dollar = weak stocks. The market is setting up for a dip, a nice run, then another massive dip equivalent to the 2008 drop which should start forming during the summer 2010.
