That almost looks like what option interest is hinting at.
 
Heads up, this is what happened to google once. Trade was busted and then down the road it traded right to the same low of the spike.

Yep, the question now is: sell-off, or pullback? Could this not be the requisite 15-handle p/b (or a few more to tag the MA's) before it's back to the GS playbook?
