double spike up to retest resistance implies exhaustion.
retest of swing low before going higher is more likely.
Edit: From my experience, HS patterns cannot be traded with anticipation of that potential setup alone, you need extra confirmation outside of the price pattern to jump in early. i.e. head breaks a trendline and shoulder is a retest, head was formed from w. spring, etc.
Edit again: it should be swing low above, referring to the one made in Dec, not year low.
Professional morons holding 10500 ? Did you observe today's unemployment claims ? Super bullish for Jan NFP numbers ! No doubt, Wall Street fraudsters are preparing a nice NewYear party.
All price action at open this week points to pullback.
But all intraday shorts I made ended up hitting minimal targets.
If there is no further pullback, that means this price level is defended, and I have no problem going long once a breakout occur. =)
It is not the pros, it is the 70% liquidity, bots, vs. active traders.
The more traders think it is going lower with their bets placed, the more likely the bots have to counter them.
Afterall, isn't that what they say - they are doing god's work?
LOL! God's work ? Blankfein & Co. should pray that Glass Steagall act should not become reality !
I am not sure that will happen at all.
Integrity is not what the system is willing to pay up because the consequence is not what any politician wanted to deal with.
