I'm considering wave's comments. Break out the longer term charts, look at qtr's, draw trends, the area makes sense. Strict day traders may not care so much, understandable. Disclaimer, I'm a noob, so ignore this.

Why? Goog hit $600 yesterday and pretty much stuck with it. What made you think it was showing any weakness?

There is merit in wave's comments and I'm not trying to cause discourse.............

But, if those "smart" 800 pound gorillas have been long sonce 1200, they have had an impressive ass-kicking for a long time now. With that track record, I'm not sure they would again be considered the 800 pound gorilla and "correctly" play a move this time?

"Smart money" always makes me laugh. MOST funds do not beat the index. Most retailers do not beat the index. Yet everyone thinks they are or at least follow the smart money.

LOL.

Yet I do not disagree with you wave, just commenting on the reasoning.
