I SPY(ed) a trade around 1000. Made a small amount and got out. Then, at 1045 I thought I SPY(ed) a short. Didn't take it, but would have been wrong by my definition.

Or just break now and creep around the highs till 3:00 and drop a bit towards support level towards the close.

its not gyrating,i.e. 1112-1108,1108-1111,1111-07,07-12,so they are either buying it here for a later pop ,or holding it up and doing the buy 1 and sell 2,for a drop back to 1104, or 1098
