I doubt this will have a lasting impact on the markets.

The futures are up on the back of buying mainly from Middle East players in order to make it look like the loan is great news, whereas it's a non event. Very thin volumes.

Maybe some stops will be taken out but then it should come back.

Euro market has been open 5 hrs and the ES has only gone down.
