Downward pull on nq to 1688 till we take out the high bar of the "event" tail. Ironically the area the event occurred at 1717.50, low of event 1687 area was Sept 30 close and low as well. There are no such things as fat fingers or intentional manipulation.

What causes the breakout and what causes price to revert back to a specific area? Two types of traders trend/breakout and the rogue contrarians.

Take 1 point range off the opening price in RTH, keeping targets at say x 3 stop (at least), that is just plain dumb silly easy, is it not?

That was the 50% retracement move on cash from 92 to 42

54.5 is the next one to hold if you think we go back to 80
