u probably know this but the bots are programs where they buy a basket of the 6-10 most heavily weighted stocks, goog,xom,ge,.....and on the run up sell the futures ,if the spread is trading at 3 ,they are buying at 2.75 and selling at 3.25,similar to the corner grocery buying a candy bar for 50 cents and selling it for a buck
